Homestead Steakhouse & Restaurant

We were greeted right off walking in the door! The restaurant is beautifully decorated for Christmas and it is reminisce of an old country store in the main lobby. I purchased a pecan log for old times sake! Busy night as it was packed with families. My family were having dinner and a play, Oklahoma! My niece was in the play that was taking place adjacent to the restaurant. The service was great and they were busy but the servers are on it! The food was so good. I can’t wait to go back this time to spend more time in the country store. I regret not taking pictures.

Been there several times, and tonight was absolutely the worst . Waiter could not keep the order striaght and the cook couldn't cook steaks as ordered. One medium well was medium rare and sent back to only come back well done. There were 5 of us and meal was 200.00.Not worth the hour and half drive. For bad service and bad cooking all you get is "I'm sorry. When I was there last time the steaks were great, but it was the pits tonight. Don't waste your time going there.

My parents found this spot thru social media and we decided to check it out, 45 min drive and worth it. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The steaks were cook to protection. I appreciate the alcohol option as I like spirits with .Will need to return for the Prime Rib on the weekends as that's my preferred cut.

Personally, I would highly recommend this place. Steaks are really good, juice, tender, and delicious. Place is a old country style and I love it. Salads bar is always fresh and buffet style so all salad that you can eat. A lot of people coming from around town and out of the state to enjoy this place because you never will be disappointed. You can bring your family all ages.

Homestead is always such a treat. Great food, attentive service, delicious desserts. It's a great place to gather with friends.

We had our rehearsal dinner there in November and I'm literally craving the salad I made from the salad bar. I'd go back just for that!! But the meals we had for the dinner were also amazing and delicious and everyone enjoyed the little Christmas shop! Would totally go back!

The food is very good. The atmosphere is outstanding, they were decorated for Christmas already and it's just a wonderful experience in that regard. The service was very attentive without being intrusive. The salad bar is outstanding, so many things on it you can't go wrong there. I had the blackened shrimp there was plenty of it and it was very good.

Me and my family have been here so many times and it never fails to satisfy. We love there steaks and my kids love the wide variety of items on the menu because they are so picky...lol. But me and my wife always get a steak and it is and has always been the best steak around.
